May 4, 2012 With our big move to St. Louis, Mama has been hogging the computer so I haven’t had time to blog… But mama has been treating me to snacks, like bacon! Mama’s new job is awesome! Cuz I get to go to work with her! I sleep on a pillow by her feet, and sometimes on her lap!
April 25, 2012 Mama got this pretty pink rose from her new beau, so she decided to make me pose with it. Who is prettier? Me, Gracie Lu the Shih Tzu or the pink rose? You decide! P.S. I know I’ve been away in the last few weeks but Mama just started her new job in St. Louis, so she’s been hogging the computer! Love to all my pals! April 1, 2012 
Since the weather is warmer, Mama takes me on lots of long walks around our neighborhood. Of course I have to walk around looking stylish. Mama found this cute red and green vest/harness combo in the bottom of my closet – Yes, I have my own little closet/wardrobe where my stuff is stored. I’m spoiled! She totally forgot that I had this! Aren’t I a stylish Shih Tzu? There’s a neighborhood playground that Mama and I walk by sometimes. The other day, Mama thought it would be fun to place me in the baby swing and swing me. Three weeks ago, Mama and I went on a field trip to the American Kennel Club’s Museum of the Dog, located in St. Louis, MO. This was a really awesome dog museum that we highly recommend any dog lovers who are in the St. Louis area visit. You can take your doggie inside with you – it’s completely dog-friendly. Admission is only $5. It was well worth the trip. Lots of interesting artwork – from paintings to photographs to sculptures. The staff is also very sweet and friendly. Happy St. Patrick’s Day! For the record, I am not a leprechaun. I do not have a funny pipe that I smoke. I am not looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Nor am I looking for four-leaf clovers. (I would prefer to eat them, than keep them for good luck.) I am a Shih Tzu. So, why – oh – why does my Mama think it’s funny to dress me up for every holiday? At least, for St. Patrick’s Day, she didn’t make me wear a green dress. She just stuck a green plastic  |
