August 9, 2012 Mama says I have become quite the cuddle bug. In fact, we think it could be my new nickname. Cuddling is one of my favorite hobbies – behind looking cute and begging for treats! 
And of course, Mama gets lucky cause she gets to cuddle and love on me all the time! When I go to work with her, sometimes I love cuddling on her lap. It’s great fun and she loves kissing and hugging on me while she works at the computer!
August 3, 2012 What pooch doesn’t look good in pearls and glasses? I bet I would, but I do believe this adorable Chihuahua beats me in the cutest factor. I have to admit this poor BOY doggie has tears in his eyes, because he looks ridiculous. He is a boy, after all! But who says pearls are just for boys? July 30, 2012 Mama has been super busy and a bit stressed lately, so she does what she always does to de-stress – SHOP! Look what she got me. It was on sale for only $5! It’s a little American flag tank top. Blue and white stars on most of the dress, with some red ribbons! It’s pretty cute! (Well.. I just put up with it cuz she gives me treats.) The pictures were taken on the iPhone cause Mama too busy to take them with her new high tech digital SLR. (More high quality photos to come, though. When we have more time.) July 26, 2012 OMG- Too Cute! As you know, when Mama and I moved to St. Louis, we had to leave Mr. Pumpkin – my brother cat – behind with my old Daddy. He is much happier in Alabama than he would have been in St. Louis, as he is an outdoor-indoor cat who loves to romp around outside. Living in the city would have made him very unhappy. Because Mama and I both miss Mr. Pumpkin very, very, very, very, very much, we love looking at cute cat photos. This is one of the cutest we’ve seen. It combines two of my favorite elements… A baby chicken and a kitten. Cuddling. And Playing. Oh so cute. Give me a piggy back ride, cat!  Let’s play. Give me a kiss, little baby chick.

Some of my best Twitter anipals are cats. I love cats and kittens and all felines. They are fluffy, adorable, and full of feist. Imagine how happy and “awwwww”ed I was to find this cool photo on Pinterest. It’s a real Tweeting cat. She’s trying to type. What do you think she’s trying to say? In the Southern United States and the Midwest (where I now live), we had a very mild winter. Because of the mild temperatures, it wasn’t cold enough to allow the ticks and fleas to hibernate. This basically means that the fleas and ticks have had an entire season to breed and reproduce . . . which means, this summer, they are in full force. Earlier this spring, Mama took out into the woods and I got attacked by ticks. It was NOT fun. She ended up having to kill each tick one by one. Not a fun job.  I love playing outside, but I hate ticks and fleas! I did not like having ticks attached to my skin. It felt like I had warts on my body, and I was uncomfortable and just plain miserable.
